偏振片主要用于制(zhi)造液(ye)晶顯(xian)示器(qi)面(mian)板,可改(gai)善顯(xian)示器(qi)的對比度,使圖像更為(wei)清晰(xi),明亮、逼真(zhen)。用于制(zhi)造飛機、艦船、車燈、眼睛鏡片等(deng)可有(you)效防止光(guang)污染,提高安全(quan)性,減少(shao)事故的發生。
目前,國內外(wai)傳統(tong)的偏(pian)(pian)振(zhen)片的生產方法,普(pu)通采用(yong)聚(ju)乙稀醇拉伸(shen)成0.5㎜的薄膜(mo),經用(yong)硫(liu)酸(suan)銅溶(rong)液染(ran)色而成,再用(yong)兩片玻璃把(ba)偏(pian)(pian)振(zhen)膜(mo)膠合(he)在中間(jian),形(xing)成偏(pian)(pian)振(zhen)片。它的缺陷(xian)是:耗料多、制作時間(jian)長、工藝復(fu)雜、染(ran)色不均(jun)、透(tou)過率(lv)不勻(yun)、起偏(pian)(pian)角(jiao)度不準、污染(ran)嚴重。
